Warranty and Return Policy
Helium Cine, LLC. (“Helium”) offers a one year limited warranty from the shipping date of the product against defects in manufacturing and workmanship on all Helium-branded items contained in original packaging when used as directed in Helium's published guidelines including, but not limited to, user manual and product descriptions. Company’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Company’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Company assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. The Company does not warrant, and is not responsible for, incidental or consequential damages to any electronic device or its data relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions on installation and use, neglect, improper care, normal wear and tear, use of unauthorized attachments, or if examination or testing show that an alleged defect does not exist during the warranty period on conditions otherwise covered by warranty.
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED HEREIN TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, AT THE COMPANY’S SOLE OPTION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, RELATED ENTITIES, RESELLERS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES OR THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THEY ARE BY LAW RESPONSIBLE, BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT. THE COMPANY AND THESE OTHER PARTIES DO NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR ANY OF THEM ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY OTHER THAN AS IS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
The duration, terms and conditions of this warranty are valid worldwide, except where different limitations, restrictions or conditions may be required by local law.
We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened and unused Helium products. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number for the item you are returning, and a short description of the reason for the return before shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. The address will be provided in our confirmation email to you.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee or deny the return if the product and/or product packaging shows signs of use, or is damaged, opened, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please print a copy of your receipt and send it with the product you're returning.
Partial refunds may be given for the following:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
The shipping address for returns will be provided to you once we confirm that we will accept your return.
Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs on your original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
